reports that Japanese entertainment magazine Entermix has published in their January 2016 issue the results of an anonymous poll of 1,000 industry insiders on the best video games of 2015. Voters structured their ballots around a preference list of the top three, and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth won out in the games category as the best video game of 2015, beating out Batman: Arkham Knight on the PlayStation 4. The game was previously ranked the 34th best-selling game of 2015 in Weekly Famitsu.
Originally launched on the PlayStation Vita in Japan, Cyber Sleuth will come to North America on the Vita and PlayStation 4 on February 2nd, 2016. The game will launch three days later in Europe, on February 5th. The international game will address several complaints Japanese player expressed, adding a new Hard Mode, New Game+ feature, and rebalanced gameplay. Two new Digimon have also been confirmed for the international editions, Beelzebumon Blast Mode and Cherubimon Vice.
